Meet Nicholas Juzdan
Mental Health Clinician | Producer | Storyteller | Filmmaker
Storytelling has always played a large role in Nicholas Juzdan’s life growing up and is something that he has had the privilege of pursuing professionally. Juzdan’s Syrian father and Palestinian mother shared stories of their history and put culture in the center of the household. It is not just a privilege for him to be able to tell stories but an honor. Nick is able to carry on the legacy of individuals who have endured a great amount of hardship. This legacy has taught him to value every opportunity that comes before him and be an advocate for others.
Nicholas Juzdan, attended Montclair State University’s Business School and worked in both a corporate setting and consulting. He has freelanced for various organizations and productions including Tribeca Film, DOC NYC, Montclair Film Festival, PGA Golf Tournament, Miss USA, TASTE Festival in Brooklyn, Madison Square Park Conservancy Summer Concerts, The Sagamore Resort at Lake George, The World Science Festival, Passaic Valley High School Summer Theater and Party Planners West as an Area Manager on Super Bowl BLVD in NYC. Additionally, Nicholas has produced over a dozen short films and has also performed in numerous community theatrical performances.
For the past four years, Nicholas Juzdan has employed these values through his experience leading a media & live events department for the retail brand, Ashley Stewart. During this time he was able to build up his business and managerial skills while cultivating his creativity.
Nicholas Juzdan continues to seek new and challenging opportunities which have a greater purpose to the world around him. He seeks to inspire, create and entertain for many years to come. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health where he wishes to advocate for people who are marginalized and work to create a safe space for all. His passion is mental health & social change. He is looking to develop new projects that can inform more people about resources that are available to them.
